Nana ki property me se hamari mom ka hissa

Hamare ammi ki deth hogai 13 saal pehle.ab hamare nana nani ki bhi death hogai.ana ki jo property hai usme hamare ammi ka hissa unke bachon ko melega ya nahi.hamare 4 khala illegal tarikhe se.family tree me hamari mom ka naam nahi add karrin.to ab hamari mom ke behalf me hame kya karna chahiye
I could understand your post here but answer in English . if your grandfather had not made a partition or not written any will then as children of his daughter you will get a share in the property . If the property is not put up for sale you can just demand your names to be included in the property register . you can also ke partition suit
