Name spelling is incorrect in Seller's Power of Attorney document

02-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi, we would like to buy a property, seems all documents are fine but we have noticed that Seller's first name spelling is incorrectly updated in all the papers. His first name is Parveen on aadhar and Pan card and bank passbook but on property papers, it is mentioned as Praveen. My questions are : 1 ) What name should be mentioned on our new sale and purchase agreement - Parveen or Praveen 2 ) Please advise if Seller needs to make an affidavit for name spelling correction Or no change/no document is required? 3) If the document is required and we prepare it, can it affects us in the near future when we will sell this property or do the registration of this property. Thank You.

Apart from Power of Attorney what all documents you have taken for due diligence from the seller Have you conducted the title search for this property Spelling mistake need to be corrected at the sub registrar office where the property is registered
