Name removing from Flat agreement

I bought a flat 6 yrs ago where my father is co-owner since he had sold his property and invested in the property which I bought.
I bought that property by availing loan and now that loan is paid off.
I want to remove his name from property documents with his consent.
Request you to advice on the procedure. If any other details needed, do let me know.

Well, you can easily remove his name from the concerned Sale Deed, but for that, his cooperation is must. An Additional Deed called as the Relinquishment Deed needs to be executed by your Father in your favor giving his share in Property to you, via this, you can become the exclusive owner of the Property.
