Name is different in will and name is different in documents

Hello, my father is adopted by her maternal grandmom amd she transfered her will in name of my father, but name of my father in will id written different i. e. His name is sumit anil lodha, and in will it is written as sumit kamal mehta ( surname of his original father) Now someone is trying to sell this property fraudlantly, what we can do, or how we can change name in will or can declare that both are same person
