In order to change the name of the owner in the Patrata List, you have to approach the Superintendent of Land Records and get yourself recorded as the owner of the Land on the 7/12th Extract by replacing the previous owner's name. Same you have to do it before the Registrar of Properties and also while making Property Card, then, finally you have to approach the Builder to allot Flat to you in your name considering everything on record on which you had a Slum has become on your name including the Slum Dwellerer Card.
