Nali dispute which led to a case against me

Can a labour of contractor or contractor file a case for obstruction of government work with 201 and 351(2) against me ?The nali was constructed by lucknow nagar nigam.

Sarkari kaam me baadha (obstruction of government work) ka case keval concerned government authority (jaise Lucknow Nagar Nigam) hi file kar sakti hai koi private contractor ya laborer nahi. Halanki, agar unhone dhamki ka aarop lagaya hai toh woh Criminal Intimidation (Section 351(2) BNS) ki complaint kar sakte hain. Is case me detailed legal advice aur strong strategy ke liye aap turant 'Adv. Sudesh' ke saath ek appointment consultation book kar sakte hain taaki aapko sahi guidance mil sake.

can a labour or contractor or file a case against me in.a case for obstruction of government work against you the nali was constructed by the lucknow nagar Nigam thus is the complaint because you are causing hindrances in public property
