You can challenge the notice by way of a civil misc. writ petition before the Allahbad High Court for staying the impugned notice as the Commissionary Court has already hold that you have righfully possessed over the land in question and against that order the Nagar Panchayat has not went any where it means they accepted your lawful possession. Hence, afer a long time their notice is wrongful and illegal.
