My widowed mother died in 2012,yesterday I came to know that her mother has gifted land in their family ancestral land what should I do (kanhangad/Kerala)
if you are having the document relating to the land you should go to local revenue department and obtain latest record relating to that -you can even try searching online and downloading it. then successors of your mother can apply for transfer of the land to their names.
