How to I claim my aunty property. At now a neighbour of my Aunty ,he takes over her house. What I doing now
Hello. If you are in West Bengal then the dayabhaga Hindu law is applicable for the hindu succession.
Firstly let me know that how your aunt has got the owenership? It may by inheritance/ by purchase etc. If she got through her father's inheritance then you cannot claim it. If your aunt has inherit the property from your uncle then his successors(including you) can get it by filling a suit for eviction & recovery of khas possession.
