My uncles cheated my mom by not giving shares in their property

My mother's brothers converted my grandmother house into their name, what was the solution for my mom now???

if your uncle is not giving any share in the property then you should send their partition notice that you have a equal share in the property and even after that if your uncle is refusing to give the shared in the property then you should approach the proper food for partition and to ensure your for tough share in the property
