My uncle owns a joint property and is living there with his family. For the past few years now his brother who is also a joint owner is living there. Now my uncle and his family are being harrassed, blackmailed and tortured so they leave the house. Their kitchen which they were using has also been taken Away and now they cook food in the balcony. Also they're being physically assaulted sometimes. Their mobile phones have also been taken away so that they don't contact anyone. In the building in which they live he has also harrassed many people on this issue. They have been confined to a single room of the house and are not allowed to use other portions of the house. Many times also they're being abused to leave the house. Now they want to sell the house and take their half share but their brother doesn't want to sell the house and harrasses them everyday. What legal recourse my uncle can take on this issue.
