My uncle is not allowing me to sell my property

my uncle and i have a property side by side but the survey numbers are interchanged in the records. So when i try to sell the land he is saying that as the survey numbers are interchanged you cannot sell the land. Can i sell the land which is under my record and i have all the records like ROR 1B and Adangal/Pahani etc and even the bank has issued loan under the survey number also. And also can i file a case on him for infringing o my right to sell my property?
yes you can file a civil suit for injunction against your uncle for not to interfear in peacefull possession and enjoyment even not to stop you from selling the same, and before filing suit you can also issue legal notice.
