My uncle availed loans for my father share of land without his consent

17-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
Elaborating the above said subject,My father is the eldest of two sons to my grandfather. From a Hindu agricultural family,my father worked his life to get a proper education to me and my sister. When my grandfather was bed-ridden,people around us advised us to properly share the land property of my grandfather. When we were in this work,we came to know that my fathers brother availed loans for the land (including our share) for his name. When we looked up for details in TNREGINET website for Encumbrance certificate,we collected details like which bank was used to avail loans. We reached the bank and cleared the part of loan for a piece of land which enabled us to get the title deed. From that we came to know that my uncle impersonated someone in place of my grandfather and my father to avail loans. Please advise us to get our property back

The act of your father's brother is criminal offence and the bank Had offered loan without making proper background check and ownership of the property. You have a good case if you can gather all the evidence.
