My Uncle and his son claiming to my father's property

I have my own house in mumbai,Earlier we have combined family, so I put my brother and his son's name in ration card and make voter id also and they are staying there more than 20 years, from last 2 years we are divided,now I told to leave my house but they need a half part of that house and saying that they claim on that, so is this possible that they are also a equal partner of that house,
No, further it depends upon the agreement/ deed by which you have purchased your house, as it must have clause that the payment/consideration is being paid by you only. Ration card/voter id is not enough to justify their demands.

They cannot claim equal partner untill you have tranfer your property in their named too n just putting named on ration card n voter ID cannot claim equal partner for further information you can contact me
