My share in my father's property when there is no will (Hindu)

My Father is dead in june-2018 & my mother alive ,My Father is having 2 shops in ulhasnagar & we are two sons of father & now how batwara can be done without document

I hope you are not yumaraj to predict your father's death in June 2018. I also guess that you are not planning to murder your father for gaining the property.. incase your father dies in any suspicious circumstances you ll be put behind the bars.. 2 shops will go to brothers incase your mother doesn't claim any share in it . Prepare all of you can fix certain amount monthly and take the shops..
