My share as a son in my ancestral property if its being sold unknowing

15-Oct-2024 (In Property Law)
My father has inherited a property from his father who got it from his father after his demise. Now the land is divided without any legal documentation and my father's brothers just know it on sight location that who's is who's. My father is selling his share without my consent and spending it on cars, vacations, other desires while I'm empty pocketed having nothing at all. Can I file a civil case regarding preferably my share, or at least a stay at the property? What are options in situation?

A partition suit is a legal process that divides property among co-owners. In India, the partition of property is governed by the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, and the Indian Partition Act, 1893. Minors can also file a partition suit with the help of their legal guardians or representatives
