My property is occupied by gundas

The property which i purchased is occupied by the gundas
The property i purchase from the lady with paying the full payment as per the deal and registered in my name
But now the lady husband occupied the property with gundas
Having possesion in the property saying that the husband didnt get share on the property
Now the gundas are using and staying in the property
How to evict them ??
If the case is filed in court how many days it takes to evict them ??

You have two remedies. 1. file a complaint in the land grabbing division of the police station; 2. you can also file a case for recovery of possession in the civil court.
If you file a police complaint, it may end in some sort of settlement and you may get your remedy fast, but you will have to spend. If you file the civil suit, approximately you may get back possession in 2 years provided there is no counter claim.
