My Propert Is Used For Passing Underground Cable For Mobile Tower

My property is used for passing underground cable for mobile tower without my permission, as well as tower company is using my property (as a road) for tower operations. There frequently using my property has violated my privacy. I don't want my property to be used. Kindly guide me.. Tower company authority is taking help of local police stations make tower functional. They are saying I can't stop this road, they have another way , they were using this alternative manner.
File a writ petition in the High Court by making the mobile company, party in the case . You need to attach your property documents, photographs of the plot and all concerned things. You will will get justice. You can approach me in my office RDBA Bhawan in Ranchi Civil Court campus.
