My neighbor has constructed a compound wall surrounding my layout and left with small 2 feet passage. when we asked him ...he is telling that the land belongs to me and i am having right ...in reality that land was occupied ..give me your suggestion ,...how we can proceed...

Hi sir you can file a case in court stating that you are not been able to use your property and they are encroaching into your property illegal and when you tried to stop them them did not listen according to ghmc

you have easement right you can file case for the easement right along with the perpetual injunction, then court may grant for easement right then you can enjoy. if you have valid documents then you claim for the land also what he occupied.
