My Name not included in legal heir certificate

My Name is not included in legal heir certificate and my 2 brothers are planning to divide our ancestral property to their name. What am i supposed to do in this case?

You can file a complaint before the tahsildar of your area asking for inclusion of your name in the legal heirship certificate and issue a new one and cancel the previous one. You need attach documents that show you are a legal heir.
