My late uncle grabbed land without my late father's knowledge.

My late uncle took agricultural land without my late father's consent or knowledge, and I believe this action was either illegal or unfair. How can I file a case to challenge the ownership and seek the recovery of the land? Please suggest the steps I should take."
hi if your uncle had illegally grabbed the property without any authority and any right then you could file suit for cancellation of sale deed and for recovery of possession of the subject property by alternate means
