My land was sold to some other person by the old owners without my kno

Hello Sir/ Madam,
I have purchased a land in Telangana in 2014 and I didn't visit my land for few ages and now when I went near my land in 2018 I have seen a constructed building in my land, I immediately called the builder with the help of locals and the builder showed the 'EC' paper in which his name is also enrolled, The EC paper shows that I am the owner of the land but the land was sold by the old owners and now the EC paper also has the new person name ( now in EC my name is also there with the other person name) I worked my lifetime to buy that land and now I see someone constructing a house without my knowledge, please help me with this case, what is the next possible solution for me ?
You must approach court immediately. If your registration is prior to the other person registration, then you are on safer side. You must also file a cheating case against the old owners before police station or file a private complaint. As the other person started construction, you must ask for recovery of possession.

Possession plans an important role in the property matters.My suggestion is do immediately send a legal notice against such landgrabber and subsequently confine a cancellation of the deed of the landgrabber.You can also file a cheating case against such person.
