My land has been occupied by my relatives

My land has been occupied by my relative, while I have all the papers of the land in my name. This topic has been conducted more than 10 times during the 2 years of Panchayati. The decision of Panchayat always comes in my favor, because Panchayat operates according to truth and law. Went to the police station several times but to no avail as the police are in his favor. Some officers are also in favor of the same, while they have been legally captured in my land by force. Please do us fair justice.
Kindly share all the documents relating to your land. This is a case of civil nature police officials are of no use. Title Suit will have to be instituted first and then injunction/ status quo petition will have to be filed. Thanks
