My House is constructed in FTL Zone

Hi, My house is constructed in FTL zone which I was not aware. I got House Loan from LIC and Registration, water and Electricity are done. Now government is asking to vacate the house as it is in FTL. How can I leave house, I have to pay EMI without House. Please advice me on whom I can put a case, so that atleast my money comes back.
hi first need to see the contents of the notice received by you from the government and the reply given by you and the layout copy of the property and based on that you could approach the court to not to take any adverse steps
