My grandfather has 2 wives, my mother is first wife only daughter , second wife has 2 sons and 2 daughters.
My mother is uneducated, they have taken thump improession from my mother for release that is the fraud they made . how to fight legally get the land
Hi, in your case it need to know that how you father got second in the lifetime of your mother. Being child of first legally wedded wife you have all rights on father property if he died without making any WILL. If it is your father purchased property. So many facts need to know before giving advice but and that release deed can be challenged and cancelled in court of law on fact .
