19-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather before he expired has told to his sisters that in his property we (grandsons) should get 60% of the share and his sisters agreed to do so, but after he expired they never gave us the share. We don't have any will. Can you please help me how can I get my share, is there any tactic by which we can trap them and later sue them in court.

If that property is self acquired property of your grandfather. Then you have whole legal right in that property. If property is ancestral property of your grandfather then you can get few share in that property.Definitely you can get property after filling of civil suit in court.

This is my response to you: 1. If it is ancestral property then you have a share; 2. If it self-acquired then only legal heirs will get a claim on the property; 3. Are your parents alive or deceased? 4. State full facts, consult a local lawyer and take steps.
