My father’s land is Illegally occupied by his younger brother

Total 4.8 cents of land of which is supposed to divided by equally by both the parties but my father was given a share of 2.2 cents and his younger brother taken a share of 2.6 cents. Very recently the younger brother’s son came into my father’s house and he threatened to kill him and brutally abused and hit him hardly and even abused my mother as well, constantly abusing and saying to kill all in his family members. Police complaint doesn’t work. Kindly suggest what to do.
hi you could file a suit for injumction against younger brother family if they are trying to interfere with the possession of the property and if the police are not investigating the matter then you could approach court
