My father having 2 acres agricultural land and it is government land so we just occupy around 40 years back and cultivating. so we don’t have any documents for this property . Now the problem is my grand father having 2 acres self property and before his death he wrote the will paper and given all valid property for my uncle and government land given to my father. So can we challenge this will paper and make it invalid in the court.
