My father didn't make Porcha of his land, now he died. What to do?

My grandfather's plot was divided in 2 son, my father get half, he had Dalil of it, BUT NO PORCHA(ROR). now my father had died. Now the plot is transferred to my Elder sister. . Now How to Get the PORCHA(ROR) for new Dalil of my Sister?? Or we need to make a porcha on my Father's name first? If so, how to do that, bcz my Grandfather died along ago, no documents are left. Please help
