27-Feb-2025 (In Property Law)
My father constructed the house on the land acquired from the government, and he did not leave any will or gift deed. Currently, the deed is in his name, and I am considering purchasing the entire property from my mother by compensating her with an agreed amount. Yourself, mother and your brother have equal rights over a property so even you purchase the property through such conveyance or deed is invalid so first get release deed from your brother and mother so that you can easily avoid the complicated process
