My father buy a land from landlord but tenants are not vacating

My father buy a land by landlord.but the renter live there .denies to empty the house. And renter hmlog pein case kar diya hai. Usne house khali karne k lia rupees mange mere Papa NE mna kar diya . usne police mein case kar diya ki ye jamin uska hai . aur mere deed ka Xerox SE mere pein hi case kar diya please help us . mere Papa date k badh hmlog usse baat Kia but wo case wapas Nahi le raha haii

Jaha tak mai samajh paya aap chahte hai ki apka makan/house punah apko wapash mil jaye, aapke kirayedar ne jabardasti pake house ka dhakal dhiyani kar liya hai or apape hi case kar diya hai... Apke paas bhartiye kanoon ke tahat aap rentor par SDO Court mai case kar kiraydar ko hatane ka case kar sakte hai.... Agar apke paas original deed hai to pareshan hone ki jarurat nahi hai aap ek title suit ka case kar sakte hai possession lene ke liye or ek criminal case bhi jarur kijiye pressure banane ke liye jisase wah majbur ho apse compromise karne ke liye..... mujhe or jankari de taki apko assist law point par kar saku....apko or question karna hai to feel free to call mai.....
