My father and mother passed away we 2 brother how to divide property

My father and mother passed away we 2 brother all married my brother also expired my brother 1st marriage divorced and second marriage duration was 2 year and my father has no will so who will legal to take properties
The property has to be divided between you and your brother. As per your brief, your brother died, he divorced to his first wife, married again and the said marriage also seized to be exist. One part of the property certainly goes to you. But as you have not explained lot of things, i.e . whether the divorce is legal one, are there any issue(children) from both wifes , it is diffcult to give just and proper opinion regarding your decised brother propeerty.
