My elderly father doesn't want to write a will

10-Oct-2024 (In Property Law)
I'm elder daughter, married live with my husband and adult daughter, my only sister, financially independent, married but lives with my elderly parents with her 7 years old son for last 5 years. My dad 75 is a pensioner lives in his own flat, has another property nearby. I requested many times to make a will in case of their death. He denied, I fear he will leave everything to my sis. What are my legal rights after their death without a will?

To give opinion it is necessary to know whether those are self acquired properties of your father or not. Whether there is any property in the name of your mother or not. If you wish to have teleconsultation by online payment, then can Whatsapp.
