My DDA Flat has complain in MCD related to unauthorized construction

I am having a DDA flat in Vasant Vihar at 2nd Floor, I made a contruction at my terrace in year 2009, during that time someone had complain against my construction in MCD, Now plz advise me what I should do to remove my flat complain from MCD.

if the construction is authorised and you have got the clearance than you just inform the authorities by writing to them a letter regarding the same and after inquiry they will resolve it accordingly. for appropriate advice you can discuss with us..

there is something called a regularisation proceeding which may be initiated and after paying a small fine, you may get your terrace regularised. it is a routine process at mcd. they take a fine and then regularise the building.
