My dad named his property to my step mother

Hi Sir, My dad named his property on the name of my step mother before his death. I am one child to my father and my step mother has 2 children . Please kindly give clear that if there is my part in that land property?. Am I able to aquire my part of property? Can I sue a legal case on them? Hope I will get answer. Thanks a lot.

Sir, you have every right in your share of property if your father married your mother legally. Before you file a partition suit you can issue a lawyer notice against them. If they are not agreed give the share after the issuance of notice within 30 days you can file a partition suit entitled to your share and separate the possessionof the property within your jurisdiction. I need to take a look at the will, if your father has followed all the legal requirements of the will. Any ways we need to challenge the will and also claim your share in the property. i will get your share in the property.

In your query you have not explained how your father acquired means, that property acquired or self acquired, if that property he can transfer but also you can challenge that transfer on some grounds.
