My dad named his property to my step mother

Hi Sir,
My dad named his property on the name of my step mother before his death. I am one child to my father and my step mother has 2 children . Please kindly give clear that if there is my part in that land property?. Am I able to aquire my part of property? Can I sue a legal case on them? Hope I will get answer. Thanks a lot.
Sir, you have every right in your share of property if your father married your mother legally. Before you file a partition suit you can issue a lawyer notice against them. If they are not agreed give the share after the issuance of notice within 30 days you can file a partition suit entitled to your share and separate the possessionof the property within your jurisdiction.
