Mere dada 6 bhai h , mere pitaji ko unka hissa chahiye par mere bade papa ne registry chupa di h or kh rhe h ki nhi h unke pass or hissedari nhi dena chah rahe h , 3 bhai ready h or 3 bhai nhi hai.. to please help ki kese hum apni hissedari le ?
Dada ji jivit nhi ho to unki puri property me dadi aur unke jitne bhi bachche hain bete aur beti dono utne hisse honge
Yadi dadi bhi jivit nhi hain to jitni bhi santaan hain unke bich partition hoga
Agar koi bhai partition nhi chahta to wo dusre Ko unka hissa de de agar phir bhi nhi mante to partition ka case lagana padega

Lodge a complaint before the Sub registrar office where ur land is located and after verifying the records they will issue a duplicate certified copy of the registry and declare the original as lost .Also after obtaining the duplicate certified copy u can file a suit for partition along with the noc of the 3 brothers who are willing .Contact me for help
