My Chacha bought ancestral property from tenant

14-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My father has 6 brothers and 1 sister. There is a shop that was registered in my Grandfather's name. My father gave it on rent to a stationary selling guy on verbal terms. It was the duty of my youngest chacha to collect the rent and give it to my grandfather. After the death of my grandfather there were differences among my father and his brothers. My youngest chacha kept on collecting the rent(we are not sure if he collected or that guy was sitting on the shop for free). 5-6 years back that stationary guy wanted to vacate the shop as he was bankrupt and came to my father that he wanted to sell the shop as he is the owner now because he is sitting on it from more than 12 years. He wanted 11 lakh rupees for that shop which my father and grandfather gave him in a good heart. We didn't agree to his offer. Then he went to my chacha with the same offer and sold it to him. He is the same chacha who used to collect the rent. Just wanted to know how is this possible and what actions to take.

I am first of all not able understand whether your grandfather is still alive or not ???? You said after the death of your grandfather differences arose but then the shopkeeper came to ask money which was given by your father and grandfather. so it's kind of very confusing. As far as the money taken by the tenant is concerned, he asked for it and you gave to him. legally he has no right for the same nor can claim for it. If the property was in the name of your grandfather then after his death the children has equal share in that property.

hello client as you are saying tht you own tenant have sold your own shop to you only and taken rupees 11 lakh in this matter tht tenant along with uour own chacha will go to jail and will have to suffers a punishment as its totally illegal at yht time 12 years law will not be applicable at tht time so you cab get back your shops through court and your chaha will suffer the financial loses as well as he will as get punishment for creating interest of third larty without any reason.
