my brother not giving share nor he is giving me my share in rent.

My mother has 2 sons and 1 daughter.She died at the year of 2003.My mother left a property in Delhi,the property has 3 floors in total out of the three, the ground floor is commercial,the FF is vacant and my brother residing in 2nd floor.There are 3 shops on the ground floor and 1 store room, out of the three shop 2 shops are on pagri since past 40 years.After my mother death my brother is doing business in 3rd shop without my permission and also taking rent from tenent(which was taken by my mother,till her death)and also rented the store room without my permission.Now civil suit of partition and permanent injunction is pending in delhi high court, Now my question is 1)How to stop them for doing business in shop 2)how to stop them for taking rent from tenent and from store room I have no objection that he is residing in 2nd floor,but i want to stop him for taking rent and doing business NOTE-they haven't paid water bill and property tax after the death of my mother,just taking rent.

You reserve the right for an immediate stay upon the usage of property space by your brother as you are more entitled of the property by paying for meeting all requirements.
As you have mentioned that the matter is already pending before the hon’ble court, therefore would suggest to assist you with proper legal recourse after reading your documents.
