my brother drilled bore in my Land. and dispute for road too>

hello sir, without dividing property , my brother and i divided my father land equally. now for lively hood i shifted from my village to someother place. for past 15 years my brother using my land even though it equally shared. now the dispute is. i came back to my village to do cultivation in my land. my brother drilled bore in my land claiming, its his own bore {in my land} and using entry in middle of my crop, i provided a way in edge of my land , he is not willing to accept. advice please?
