My Both Sisters are Supporting My Uncle's Son , Give Me Legal Remedy

I reside in delhi ,my birthplace is Ahirauli, Buxar, Bihar. My parents had four daughters and one son, whom I always supported financially. In 1996, my brother died suspiciously. My disabled father gave Power of Attorney to my mother, who gifted me 16 decimals of land via a Gift Deed in 2004, witnessed by my third sister.Later, my uncle's son forged an Aadhaar, PAN, and school certificate, reducing his age by 10 years to fake being my father's son. He created an illegal Jamabandi and began selling ancestral land. In 2005, he filed a false Title Suit against me in Buxar Civil Court using my father's name, claiming I defrauded my illiterate mother. This case is still pending. My witness sister died in 2008. In 2010, he took 50% of the total land in a Gift Deed from my mother signed by her selling land under multiple names. My mother died in 2022. In 2025, I filed a Partition Suit, but he evades court, keeps selling land, and threatens me to block my land sales.
Your registered 2004 Gift Deed for 16 decimals remains valid unless cancelled by a civil court. Your cousin cannot acquire ownership merely through forged Aadhaar, PAN or Jamabandi; mutation does not create title.
In the pending Partition Suit, immediately seek an injunction under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC to stop further sale or creation of third-party rights. Add the purchasers and challenge the forged documents/deeds. Also file a criminal complaint in Bihar for cheating, forgery, use of forged documents and threats. other than filing a partition suit a you must also file a declaration suit for seeking transfer of the land wrongly sold by your brother and cancellation of all the sale deeds executed by your brother
in addition to that you must also file criminal case of forgery against your brother who has forged a number of certificates on the basis of which he has also sold land

Whatever has happened is very wrong but without diving into files and documents I can’t help you. If your uncle’s son has obtained false documents and had claimed possession by fooling the court then a separate case can be filed against him
