Q: Need to remove Websites from Google Search

I had 2 cases on me in earlier 2013 and 2015, and police has spread all the information to press media, and they have posted the same, since then, they are lying on google search, in first pages, later in 2017 all the cases were aquitted, but still the search engines are showing me up like criminal. I saw Plenty of judgments araising for filing Writ Petitions, if the case got aquitted, the indexing from google can be removed. So i'm seeking for someone who can really help me in this regards.

Hon’ble High Court of Delhi has recently in LAKSH VIR SINGH YADAV v. UNION OF INDIA & ORS ruled out right to be forgotten and has laid down framework for the same. Since you are acquitted and want your name to be removed. It can easily be done just make a grievance to the concerned site and in your grievance include this High Court Judgement. Most probably it will be done like this and if the problem still persist then we have to go to court for removing of the same

Que. : I want to change the mother's name and child's surname in the birth certificate in odisha , how can I do the same

Name can be changed through official gazette. We have to submit some list of documents and after verifying the same our changed name will come through official gazette. I personally don’t know what is the procedure in Odisha but in Delhi we post our documents through speed post in form CD.

Q: Can summons be challenged if judge not apply mind

Judge issue summon - complaint filed application. Issue summons as prayed by complainant. Does judge have to apply mind and mention more detail. I need to ask whether summon is valid and if judge avoid to apply mind.

Judge after going through the file only issue summons. It is not necessary that summon order should mention each and every detail. If you feel that the summoning order is wrong you can go for revision against the said order

Sir, Delhi has many district courts, you have to specify which district court and your case number. Then only someone can help you in getting the certified copy of the divorce decree. Estimate of the cost can only be given by knowing how many pages the decree runs.

Yes you can file a case of cheating against her but you have to show some proof, that she has cheated you. Proof can be- chats, call logs, transactions. You have to show everything then only your FIR can make her regret
