Mutation of ancestral property in my favour during regularisation

i submmitted required proofs and submitted aplication in profarma to thahasildar. and later i requested through regd. complaint not to entertain third party into said property. and subsequently i issued legal notice to thahasildar for not to take any action. now telangana govt.want to clear legal disputes also.i need sugestion what my next move must be to protect my property. warangal district telangana

you can file a writ petition before the Honourable High court at Hyderabad to direct the tashildar to pass and order and protect the interest and you can follows appropriate steps as per the directions of the Honourable High court at Hyderabad

I read your query you submitted the proofs what are the documents did not mentioned and which complaint you filed and what purpose you issued legal notice to thahasildar, there is no clarity in your query.. ple give clear details otherwise we can't give a correct opinion....
