"Mutation of Ancestral Property Based on Partition Deed on 100 Rupee S

24-Aug-2024 (In Property Law)
I have inherited ancestral property that was partitioned between my uncle and me through an agreement on a 100-rupee stamp paper, facilitated by our community panchayat. The agreement states that the property should be mutated in our respective names. Can I proceed with the mutation of this property in my name based on this partition deed? If so, are there any other documents required for this process?

Based on the mutual partition between you and your Uncle, you both can file separate applications for mutation of your respective share by annexing property documents nd other documents required by the concerned person of the government office. You may need to spend some money as per the demand of the system. Or if living in Ranchi can meet me in RDBA Bhawan in Ranchi Civil court campus.
