Mutation done. How to get my portion of land?

total 8 nos owner of this land, 5nos owner gift me & another 3 nos gift my Brother but problem is there is no partition deed ,there is normal registered gift deed. and mutation done . so how i can get my portion land ? it is about 450 sqft out of 720 sqft.
Dear Concerned,
If your brother is agreeable, you may execute a partition deed with him. If he is not agreeing, the only remedy is to file a partition suit in the competent court of law. The Court shall then grant you your share from the said property.
