Mutatation extract showing acquisition type as removal of RTC, advise

I had purchased a site and when I checked the mutation extract of that survey number it is showing the details with mutation type as court order and acquisition type as removal of RTC. So what does removal of RTC mean here.Do I need to take any measures here. Will it affect my site legally.

RTC is generally issued on agricultural properties.The particular survey number would have involved in litigation and as per the Order of the Court changes would have been effected in RTC. It is pertinent to verify the records pertaining to your site to assess the title.
