Multiple registration of land done by owner how can i claim my right

I purchased a plot. APART FROM ME the same person registered the same. land to their relatives and his relative registered the same land to his wife as gift. Kly advice wht to do.

Hi,

Approach the police and file a criminal complaint under Section 420 of IPC against the seller stating that the land which was sold to you has been resold to another person. Also, immediately, get a copy of the proof showing the second registration of the land and show to the police the same along with the original registration copy of the land.

Apart from filing criminal complaint, you can also file a civil suit for cancellation of the registered sale deed for declaring your ownership rights. You can take both the actions simultaneously. All the best!

Title to property depends on who bought first.
so need to see the entire transcript of documents
a) the document through which you derive title and
b) The document through which the relative's acquired title and subsequently the wife of relative getting the title.
c) Encumbrance certificate of property for last 30 years.
