We are 4 sisters ,co owner of our ancestral land ,some one else has an illegal possession on our agriculture land ,
Can any one of us fight a case of 250 in tehsil ?as others are not
Intresed due to their health issues .
We have field book in which encroachment is mentioned by the others.

Yes u can file application before tehsildar for recovery of possession of ur agricultural land as the law is settled within 2 years the application has to be filled under 250 . I have been dealing g in revenue cases u can take my help .Contact me for further help.
