MOU MENTIONED PAYMENT AFTER REGISTRATION OF THE PROPERTY

31-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I HAVE MADE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE BUYER OF THE PROPERTY WHICH HED HAD MENTIONED A POINT IN WHICH HE HAS WRITTEN THAT THE PAYMENT WILL BE MADE AFTER 120 TO 90 DAYS OF EXECUTION OF THE SALE DEED WHICH I AGREED ABOUT THE POINT (UNKNOWINGLY)AND SIGNED THE MOU.BUT AT THE TIME OF SIGNING THE MOU I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE POINT OF RECIEVING THE PAYMENT AFTER SALE DEED EXECUTION.IF I DISAGREE ON THE MOU AT THIS POINT WHAT CAN BE A LEGAL BINDING OF THE MOU.AS THE MOU IS NOTARIZED AND EXECUTED ON STAMP PAPER.

no value of the mou notarized it unless it is registered and that you can also make a rectification to that pretext that u need to make changes rageding the payment and receiving issue of the same and accordingly things can be sorted out without having any issue

MOU is only an understanding between the parties as to the terms of their agreement and hence it is not binding between any party however you can ask the buyer to start paying you some monthly instalments for the actual execution of the sale deed
