Motor way missed to add in original adharam and mun aadharam

Granfather s brother saled land to my father saying motor passage as common to everyone, but missed to add it in sale deed of father, again father gifter tgat land to me and missed about adding about the way in gift deed. Now we are selling our plot to another one, so can we able to mention the missing of these 2 adharam from adi aadhaaram?

you don't have to mention that in adharam but can mention the existence of pathway in the new deed. otherwise it might take adverse inference if any litigations occurs. even if you mention that in the adharam that won't be treated as valid
