Mother's brother has not shared their ancestral property

09-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
We are Hindu. My mother is 65, married. She has a younger sister who is a widow. They have a younger brother who is married and holds all the ancestral property (agricultural land, gold, houses, etc.). He has not shared any of these with his sisters. My maternal grandparents are no more. What are my mother's rights to the above-mentioned property?

daughters have equal share in father property left intestate and if the property is not transferred by your father then you can file a suit for partition, however property documents have to be examined it differs form case to case.
